“the following information. Part of HDC's 2022 culture survey had the below
priority recommendations. Please provide information as how HDC has
implemented each recommendation. In particular, please advise how each
process or strategy is measured against the survey data,
1. PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCES
(i) Develop and implement a recruitment and retention strategy. Include as
part of Employer of Choice work programme and process redesign work.
(ii) Review internal processes for raising complaints and concerns, Include as
part of Employer of Choice work programme. Review existing anti-harassment
(iii) Implement a well-being strategy Include as part of Employer of Choice
work programme
(iv) Develop HDC’s Employee Value Proposition Include as part of Employer of
Choice work programme and remuneration strategy
(v) Create career pathways for all roles and identify training opportunities to
support people with their career pathways Include as part of Employer of
Choice work programme
(vi) Review the workload across the teams and permanent workforce
resourcing model.
2 Please advise if a fol ow up of the culture survey was conducted and
compared to the baseline data.
3. Please provide a copy of your Employer of Choice Programme.”
