I refer to your request for information dated 27 August 2015, which was received by Greater
Wellington Regional Council on 27 August 2015. You have requested the following information:
“
1)
The Annual Report on Spicer Landfill from Porirua City Council to Wellington Regional
Council
2)
The report from Aecom commissioned by Envirowaste in 2015 regarding Spicer Landfill”
Greater Wellington Regional Council was going to transfer this entire request to Porirua City
Council. However, Greater Wellington Regional Council received an email from you today
informing us that you had already received the Annual Report on Spicer Landfill.
Therefore, the Greater Wellington Regional Council will be transferring your request for the Aecom
report commissioned by Envirowaste in 2015 regarding Spicer Landfill to Porirua City Council
pursuant to section 12 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 on the
basis that this information is believed by Greater Wellington Regional Council to be more closely
connected with the functions of Porirua City Council.
Further correspondence will therefore come to you directly from Porirua City Council. In this
regard the 20 working day time limit for providing you with a substantive response to this request
will begin from the day after Porirua City Council receives this transfer.
