Greater  Wellington  Regional  Council  has  received  a  request  from  Rachel  Allan  for  the  following 
information: 
“The report from Aecom commissioned by Envirowaste in 2015 regarding Spicer Landfill.” 
As  this  information  is  believed  by  Greater  Wellington  Regional  Council  to  be  more  closely 
connected  with  the  functions  of  Porirua  City  Council  it  is  appropriate  that  Greater  Wellington 
Regional Council formally transfer the request to Porirua City Council pursuant to section 12 of the 
Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 for response.   
A copy of my letter, informing Rachel Allan of the transfer, is attached.
