Campaign – September 2021; Vaccine Hero – October 2021; Vaccine Booster Campaign – 
January 2022; The Big Boost Campaign – February 2022. This information is therefore refused 
under section 18(e) of the OIA, as it does not exist or cannot be found despite reasonable efforts to 
locate it.
