Thank you for your Of icial Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 24 April 2025 in which you
sought information regarding a press release which occurred on 25 February 2025. My
response to each part of your request can be found below.
How did you become aware of X account @Charteddaily’s post on violent crime -
who informed you and your office of the post? How did you become aware of the X
account @Charteddaily?
I saw the post on X.
Have you or any of your staff sent or received any messages to and from X user
@Charteddaily I request a copy of all internal instant communications between you
and your office regarding X account @Charteddaily post and the violent crime data
referred to in your PR titled Violent crime drops for the first time since 2018 on 25
February 2025.
Neither I nor my staff have communicated with the X user @Charteddaily.
I also request copies of all communications between, you, your office, the Prime
Minister’s office and Minister Goldsmith and his office regarding X account
@Charteddaily post and the violent crime data referred to in your PR titled Violent
crime drops for the first time since 2018 on 25 February 2025
