Thank you for your email, dated 12 April 2025, for the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on your response to Official 
Information Act (OIA) reference number PSME OI 25 010. I kindly request access to all 
information that was deemed out of scope in the initial response. 
 
A summary of material that was out of scope for your previous request (PSME-OI-25-010) 
was detailed in an email sent to you on the 15th of April 2025. 
Please refer to the Appendix on page three of this letter for a list of these and their release 
status. 
Some information is being either withheld or refused either in part or in full in accordance 
with the Act 
9(2)(a) to protect the privacy of natural persons 
9(2)(f)(iv) withholding of the information is necessary to maintain the constitutional 
conventions for the time being which protect the confidentiality of advice tendered by 
Ministers of the Crown and officials 
18(d) that the information requested is or wil  soon be publicly available 
 
In addition to the material listed in the appendix, and as previously communicated to you, 
names of of icials, staff or correspondents, and their emails and phone numbers are being 
withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act, to protect the privacy of natural persons. In line with 
PSME-OI-25-010, news alerts, as they relate to publicly available media are being refused 
under section 18(d) of the Act, as the information requested is publicly available. 
 
I am satisfied, in terms of section 9(1) of the Act, that the need to withhold the information 
referred to above is not outweighed by other considerations that render it desirable, in the 
public interest, to make the information available.
