Thank you for your email of 11 March 2025 to the Office of Hon Simeon Brown, 
Minister of Health, Minister for State Owned Enterprises, and Minister for Auckland, 
requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the fol owing 
information:  
Under the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982, I am writing to 
request access to the meeting notes, in either digital or hard copy format, from 
meetings held on October 1, 2024, and September 26, 2024. This includes 
any discussions, decisions, and actions that were documented during these 
meetings by you, your office staff including political and departmental staff. 
 
I have interpreted your request as relating to meeting notes, in either digital or hard 
copy format, from meetings held by the Minister of Health, Minister for State Owned 
Enterprises, and Minister for Auckland on 1 October 2024 and 26 September 2024. 
As you wil  be aware, Hon Simeon Brown was not the Minister of Health or Minister 
for State Owned Enterprises at these times. Nonetheless, this response addresses 
your request for these three portfolios. 
 
Searches of our information systems have not identified any material that fal s in 
scope of your request for the period you have requested. Therefore, section 18(e) of 
the Act applies in this case. 
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this
