Thank  you  for  your  information  request  dated  17  Huitanguru  2025.  You  sought  the 
following information:  
 
“Please supply all information relating to the issues of workplace bullying and/or 
sexual harassment at the Waitangi Tribunal since 2016 as they relate to the 
records of Chief Executive.” 
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the Of icial Information Act 1982 
(the Act). 
 
As advised in our 15 Whiringa-ā-rangi 2024 response to your previous request (our Ref 
50297),  Te  Puni  Kōkiri  does  not  have  responsibility  for  employment  issues  within  the 
Waitangi Tribunal Unit (which forms part of the Ministry of Justice). Therefore, we are 
refusing your request in full under section 18(e) of the Act as the information requested 
does not exist.

You  have  the  right  to  seek  an  investigation  and  review  by  the  Ombudsman  of  this
