How many referrals for each year for the last 5 years has ACC made to Driver Solutions, an
occupational therapy transport assessment service based in Dunedin.
2)
For each year for the last 5 years how much money has ACC paid to Driver Solutions. 3)
Please provide a copy of the contract that Driver Solutions has with ACC.
Our response We do not hold any records related to Driver Solutions and they are not a registered vendor with ACC.
As such, we are refusing your request, as the information does not exist. This decision is made under
section 18(e) of the Act.
