You are correct regarding pools.
For the Libraries figures, that is for “libraries and community facilities” which come from
three general satisfaction questions about community halls, community centres and
libraries (individual libraries are asked about in a separate annual library card holder survey).
For the sports facilities one, the rec centres are asked about individually, but sports fields
are asked about generally, split into grassed sportsfields and artificial sports fields.

A question – re facility satisfaction – I’m assuming the 75-95% rate for pools was across the seven
pools and the 80-90% rate for libraries was across our 14 locations…for the 71-89% sports facility
figure was that for the the five rec centres or it also includes feedback on the up to 55 other
sportsfields?
