I refer to your official information request dated 8 September 2024 regarding costs related to the Scenic 
Drive closure between Woodlands Park Road and Titirangi Roundabout. Please find our response below. 
Please inform me what the total traffic management and security costs have been to date for the 
roadworks associated with the Scenic Drive closure between Woodlands Park Road and Titirangi 
Roundabout. The works commenced approx. Feb this year. 
The total temporary traffic management (TTM) and security costs to date are $338,320.48. This excludes 
overheads, profit, and GST. 
Please inform me what the physical works cost (as awarded to the physical works contractor undertaking 
the works) have been to date for the above section. 
The total physical works cost to date (including security and TTM) is $3,342,050.07. This includes offsite 
overheads and profit but excludes GST.
