Thank you for your Of icial Information Act (OIA) request, received on 5 August 2024. 
You requested the following: 
I request all papers & documents pertaining to the contract NZ Government 
(Labour Govt at the time) signed with Pfizer min regard to the Covid 19 injections. 
On 14 August 2024, we wrote to you to advise that your request was broad and may be 
refused under section 18(f) of the Of icial Information Act as substantial manual 
collation may be required to provide the information requested.  We also provided you 
with links to information that has been released under previous similar OIA requests. 
 
On 20 August we wrote to you again to query whether you have had a chance to 
consider refining your request. To date we have not received a response. 
 
Due to the substantial amount of work that would be required to research and collate 
the information you have requested we are refusing your request under section 18(f) of 
the OIA - the information requested cannot be made available without substantial 
collation or research. 
 
I have considered whether the Treasury would be able to respond to this request in full 
if given extra time, or the ability to charge for the information requested. I have 
concluded that, in either case, the Treasury’s ability to undertake its work would stil  be 
prejudiced.
