Thank you for your request of 9 June 2024, asking for the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
This is a request is for documents from 1999 to present (25 years). I request copies of the Annual Practising Certificate compliance records for all ACC clinical staff.
Our response
ACC keeps annual compliance records of the Annual Practising Certificates of all ACC clinical staff. These
records are reviewed and updated quarterly using the attached process.
As the records contain personal information about ACC staff members, we are withholding this information
to protect the privacy of the individuals involved. This decision is made under section 9(2)(a) of the Act. In
making this decision, we have considered the public interest in making the information available and
determined that it does not outweigh the need to protect the individuals’ privacy.
