Thank you for your emails of 23 and 27 May 2024, asking for
the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
This is also a request for the complete list of ACC's internal rules. If ACC has a web page that lists the
internal rules, and has links to these documents, then please provide me with the web address.
It would be very helpful if ACC were to include dedicated pages to rules, policies and processes, with
the lists of those documents, and links to the actual document. This would allow your team to focus
on more complicated tasks that require research and compiling data.
To clarify, if ACC does not provide the list as a dedicated web page, please provide the list in excel
format or a searchable pdf, which can be easily converted to excel spreadsheet.
Your request for rules, policies, and processes to be added to our website
We are unlikely to add a list of our business rules or copies of all of them onto our website. These rules are
updated frequently and would require a lot of our time to update and maintain.
We do have some of our policies and processes on our website, here:

This list contains the names and purpose of each rule.
As this information may be of interest to other members of the public
