A call before then would be great. We had a few things on the go with Emily as our experts are preparing
assessments and liaising with Council so would be great to catch up via phone or teams to go through some things
before the meeting if possible – maybe Monday afternoon if you don’t work Fridays? Would be good to talk about
traffic modelling.
A meeting on Friday would be great still.

Apologies, I have been on leave and in an out the office this week (long story). As the date options were 9th and 12th
February, I had put replying to the email chain in my basket of work for this afternoon.
Unfortunately, I don’t work on Fridays, but unusually I am working some of Friday 9th Feb and see that the meeting
was proposed for late morning on 9th February.
Does that still suit you / the team or did you also want to chat before the meeting?

Hi Emily
I had a phone discussion with Phernne this morning regarding the Guildford submission on PC50, and in particular
the need to meet and discuss with HCC the possibility of industrial activities occurring adjacent to the Landfill within
the Guildford proposed development.
We were wondering whether you would be available next Friday 9th February to meet with us late morning (to
discuss a range of matters relating to the Guildford Project), and then to meet with the head HCC Policy Team
Leader early afternoon to discuss the potential for an access road to industrial activities? If Friday 9th is not
possible for you, Monday 12th would be an alternative. Obviously we would also need to check the availability of
the HCC Policy Team leader on those days too.
