I’m following up on my email to make the logistical arrangements for the meeting
the Prime Minister and Dame Jacinda have discussed holding later this month. I
understand the Prime Minister will likely be in Wellington on 20 and 21 December,
not Auckland, so we could make arrangements for Dame Jacinda to travel down to
Wellington to meet with the Prime Minister if that’s the case.
Please let us know when and where you would like to schedule this meeting and we
will make arrangements accordingly.

I’m emailing to arrange a meeting between the Prime Minister and Dame Jacinda in
the
her capacity at the PM’s Special Envoy for the Christchurch Call later this month.
The PM and Special Envoy spoke a few weeks ago prior to the Christchurch Call
Summit in Paris and they agreed to meet in person in Auckland when she returned
from the United States for the Christmas holidays.

Dame Jacinda will be back in Auckland and available on Wednesday 20 Dec and
Thursday 21 Dec. I have copied Dame Jacinda’s EA, s9(2)(a)into this thread too to
streamline these arrangements. Are you happy to let s9(2)(a)and me know whether
there are options on those days that might work for the PM?
