I refer to your request made under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act
1987 (the Act), received on 16 February 2024. You requested the fol owing information:
I request a copy of al correspondence from the Wel ington City Council to The Independent Police
Conduct Authority of New Zealand between 1 March 2022 and 1 March 2024.
Wel ington City Council has partly granted
your request for information.
Based on your recent, previous request IRC-6014, where you requested copies of all submissions
made by the Council to the IPCA regarding the Parliament Protests of 2022 dated 16 February 2024,
this request has been limited to any correspondence between the Council and the IPCA relating to
the Parliament Protest of 2022 from the date range you have requested.
