I refer to your official information request received on 9 March 2024 for:
“Could you provide any correspondance (email, or messages) you hold on changes to
functional leadership or heads of profession roles, since the beginning of October last year?
I would prefer for the names of individual correspondents to be redacted, alongside any
personal details. I’m interested in the information contained in the correspondence not who
wrote it.”
Information not held
Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission has not made any changes to the Functional Leads or
Heads of Profession roles since the beginning of October 2023. You can read more about the
Functional Lead roles and the Heads of Profession roles on our website below. Therefore, I am
refusing your request under section 18(e) of the Official Information Act 1982 on the grounds that the
information requested does not exist.
