We refer to your email dated 9 April 2024 (your Fourth Request) requesting follow up 
information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act).  Responses to your 
Fourth Request are set out below.  
As background, we note your Request relates to the appearance by Nikki Hart on 
TVNZ’s Breakfast show and is a follow up to concerns raised by way of three previous 
requests under the Act.  
 
Request:  
Under the Official Information Act please also include all correspondence (including 
external emails) relating to the Nikki Hart interview.

Finally, and as you may know, if you are dissatisfied with this response section 28 of 
the Act provides you with the right to make a complaint to the Ombudsman in order
