Subject: Changes to speed limits
Dear Simeon,
My community's consultation on our councils speed management plan matched Nationals decision to return to current speed limits , but with the allowance for lowering speed limits
outside schools, so I thank you for this decision on behalf of my community.
I would like to explore you to give the councils nationwide the green light as soon as possible to please implement the reduced school speed zones and other safety measures which are
greatly needed.
I ask this independently of my council.
We eagerly await this welcome change,
