Thank you for your Official Information Act (the Act) request of 1 December 2023. 
You have asked for: 
1.  Copies of al  feedback and consultation provided to the National Library on its draft 
removal and disposal policy; 
2.  Notes from meetings with submitters; 
3.  Internal documentation which covers discussion after the submission process ended, 
including documents covering the current state of the draft policy, including meeting 
agendas, minutes and emails. 
The National Library (the Library) is declining part two of your request under Sections 18(e) of 
the Act as any notes taken were incorporated into the draft analysis of submissions. 
In response to part one of your request, I am releasing the draft analysis of all submissions 
and responses received. That and the other information requested in part three are attached 
as Appendix A. 
Some  material  contained  in the  attachments  is out of  scope  for  the  request,  or has been
