Council or workshop meeting- 2nd March 2021- feedback 
•  Council ors had questions over who was consulted, explain consulted al  clubs and groups 
and the memo only detailed the feedback received. 
 
•  Councillors were happy with the approach to Silverstream Spur 
 
•  Councillors were generally fine with the potential for an area of Te Marua to be developed 
as residential, but we need to work through the options for this area 
 
•  Some concern from Council ors about the potential for submissions to be received on the 
speedway, however we explained submissions could be received anyway, and we are happy 
with our proposed approach 
 
•  Not many comments received on the proposed rule framework, or the Maidstone 
designation
