Here is the invite I was referring to and we were hoping you could attend from 1-2pm.
 Hopefully we can make this work and the intent would be for GTC to present to Council
on your master plan for 20-30min then take questions for the remaining time.  After you
have departed the  councillors will then have a two hour workshop to discuss this, the
options, valuations  and S&P agreement.
