Hi Peter,
It’s just struck me that this time clashes with one of our LTP engagement events, which is on the
Main Street. While only some Councillors will be at the engagement events, we would want all at
the GTC discussion, I’m sure.
We’ll look for an alternative time?

Rob,
After the last workshop with Councillors back in Dec 20 we gave an undertaking to bring back the
valuations to them for a further discussion and update on where this process is at. We are now
at the point where we need to bring this back to a workshop and identify a date where we could
hold this sometime in late March or early April if at all possible. We could either piggy back onto
an existing workshop or pick a new date.
Potential dates could be:
· Afternoon of Wed 31 Mar from 12.30pm-4pm leading up to the Finance and Performance
comm which kicks off at 4.30pm.
· Another option is piggy backing onto the 8 Apr workshop which has Risk Management and
the third and last ILM session. The latter requires two hours and I am not sure how long
the risk management is scheduled to run, but Julia can advise on that.
With regards to the programme for the GTC-UHCC MOU portion of I would see GTC presenting
their master design plan, which is due to be completed by mid-March and this will provide a
birds eye view of the planned sub-division down to street/dwelling layout. We would probably
need 3-4hrs total with GTC taking up the first hour then discussion with just Councillors and
council staff over the remaining 2-3 hrs.
Can you please have the team cast around for a suitable date that we can lock in.
