Thank you for your email of 11 February 2024 to Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities, 
requesting the following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
On 30 October 2023 you stated a quote had been requested from both Chorus 
and TLC. 
Please provide an update on these quotes and provide the costing of each. 
 
I can advise you that Kāinga Ora is still awaiting quotes from both Chorus and TLC. 
Therefore, your request is declined under section 18(e) of the Act, “that the document 
alleged to contain the information requested does not exist”. 
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this
