Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
Please confirm the Chea/ contract which you have valued at 130, 163. 00 The original Contract 
was $100k,  with a variation of $125k taking it to a total $225k. 
Your sheet is also missing two columns requested in the original question: 
- total amount agreed for contingency (or max contract value)
- amount spent to date
1./ Has ROG already paid the original contract value,  leaving KO with the $125k (Variation #1) 
and other costs have increased it to $130k? Or was this documented incorrectly in your sheet 
sent? 
In relation to the Chea! contract, the table provided with your earlier request excluded the initial Cheal 
contract of $100,000 (excluding GST). I apologise for any confusion caused. 
I have attached to this letter an updated and corrected table of contractor costs, as at 15 November 
2023. This now includes the initial Cheal contract and the specified columns.
