1. I have been able to find the following information but would like more details on these two
transactions and any others I may have missed.
a. 20211220 Council Agenda page 89 - $18,000 for capital projects.
b. 20230621 Council Agenda page 104 - $3,000 for capital projects.
These amount from the Councils annual report represent the costs incurred and allocated to
the project for that year rounded to the nearest $1000.
A breakdown of these by vendor is included in the response to question 2.
2. Please provide any and al costs associated, with summary of reason from 2019 to now. This
wil include, geotechnical, lawyers, third party consultants such as La Pine, Ree Andersen,
and any other internal or third party costs.
