Thank you for your email of 10 October 2023 to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), 
making a request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). You requested the following 
information: 
 
Is Dylan Lawrence's diary kept? If so, you wil  easily be able to look at his travel dates and see 
whether he had a round of golf booked. While this may not be 100% accurate, it wil  provide a 
good indication. 
As there are only a handful of travel dates, this shouldn't be an onerous task. 
 
Answers to your questions are as follows: 
 
While diary information is kept, diary information does not guarantee that events were attended 
in their entirety or at all. 
As stated in our previous response to you, NZTE does not keep a record of the information you 
request and does not hold information on the number of holes or format of golf played by staff 
members. 
 
You have the right under section 28(3) of the Act to seek an investigation and review by the 
Ombudsman. Information about how to make a complaint is available at:
