Thank you for your information request dated 15th August 2023, for information relating to
Auckland Council's Weed Management Political Advisory Group.
The specific details of your request and our response are below;
At a meeting of Auckland Council's Weed Management Political Advisory Group on 14
June 2022 there was a presentation from Morphum International on assessment of
methodologies for treatment of weeds in the Auckland road corridors. Would you
please supply:
1. A copy of all reports from Morphum International on this subject both before
and after this date.
The report is withheld pursuant to the followings sections of the Local Government Of icial
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA):
•
Section 7(2)(b)(i ) - where supplying this information could prejudice the commercial
position of the persons who supplied or who is the subject of the information.
•
Section 7(2)(c)(i) - protect information which is subject to an obligation of confidence
or which any person has been or could be compelled to provide under the authority
of any enactment, where the making available of the information would be likely to
prejudice the supply of similar information, or information from the same source, and
it is in the public interest that such information should continue to be supplied.
2. A copy of the Terms of Reference and/or scope of engagement.
Please refer to the at ached ‘Appendix A Scope Purpose Programme and Completion Date
for Services’.
