Thank you for your request for information about information Charities Services complaints 
process including details of the Triage Committee, which was received by the Department of 
Internal Affairs on 30 June 2023.  
You have requested the following: 
1)  The make-up of the Committee (ie. what staff attend these meetings - providing 
job titles only is fine) 
2)  The frequency of these meetings 
3)  Any terms of reference that guide these committee meetings 
4)  Any decisions or determinations made by this committee including all supporting 
documentation between 1 January 2023 and today (Friday 30 June)(these can be 
anonymised to protect complainants details). 
 
I can provide you with the following information.

Please note that our inquiries in these matters are ongoing. I am therefore withholding this
