Official information request for seismic assessment of EOC or ECC building with Ōpōtiki 
District 
I refer to your official information request dated 12 June 2023 original y received by the Bay 
of Plenty Regional Council, and subsequently transferred to Ōpōtiki District Council, on 14 
June 2023. 
You have asked for the last seismic assessment for the building Ōpōtiki Council offices on St 
Johns Street which is used as an EOC. A copy of the last assessment has been enclosed 
accordingly. 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
