Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to Manatū Hauora 
(the Ministry of Health) on 6 March 2023. You requested:  
 
“1) Please provide the data that Pfizer provided to meet the company's legal obligations in 
New Zealand for which they received provisional consent. 
2) Please advise what parts of the provisional consent have been fulfilled and what is still 
unfulfilled and the timeframes. 
3) Given that Pfizer has said they did not test the vaccine to determine whether it stopped 
transmission, why did all the advertising used to promote the injection say it did? At what 
point did you know this was not correct and have you done a press release on this? If not 
why? And if yes, please provide details.”  
 
Manatū Hauora does not hold any information relating to question 3 of your request.
