7. GENERAL BUSINESS
Smarty Grants – the committee provided feedback on the new Smarty Grants
software.
Comments:
•
Would have liked a running tally whilst assessing applications – not
possible in current Smarty Grants software
•
Members had difficulty getting back into their assessments – Kev advised
this was an identified error in the system and that it was being looked at.
•
Change in application form – put the amount being requested further up the
application form closer to cost of project.
The committee agreed a card and gift be sent to Alan Sutherland to thank him
for his time on the committee.
The meeting closed at 10.10am.
