Thank you for your request made under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings 
Act 1987 (the Act), received on 01 February and refined on 23 February. You requested the fol owing 
information: 
•  Please refine to the area that comprises Thorndon and Pipitea, 
  •  Please provide ALL building and demolition consents issued in these suburbs since October 
2016, with as much of the metadata types as originally requested as is available. 
  •  Please provide in spreadsheet format. 
 
 
Wellington City Council has granted  your request for information. Please see the attached 
spreadsheet. Our Consents and Compliance Team are also happy to discuss the data with you, if you 
would like to do so, please email us and we can pass on your contact details. 
 
We have removed confidential consents information. 
 
Your original request asked that this data relate to buildings impacted in any way by the Kaikoura 
earthquakes. The attached spreadsheet is from the period of 2016 onwards, but these do not specify 
if it was specifically earthquake damage and there will be buildings which had damage that may not 
be on this list.
