Thank you for your email dated 7th of November 2014, which Auckland Transport received on the 11th of 
November 2014, requesting CCTV footage for an incident you were involved in at 2 Fort Lane, Auckland 
Central.  
 The camera installed at this location is only used by the NZ Police and for Auckland Transport to access the 
footage; a request is required from them.  Following this request Auckland Transport can then determine if the 
information you require is available or not.  
 Until such time Auckland Transport declines your request under Section 17(b) of the LGOIMA as Auckland 
Transport is unable to confirm or deny the existence of the information requested. 
We trust this information has addressed the matters raised however you have the right in accordance with 
section 27(3) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) to make a 
complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman if you are not satisfied with our response.
