Thank you for your email of 16 December 2022 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment 
(MBIE) requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following information: 
 
I’m requesting ALL information regarding 5G Masts, small cells, Antennas and lighting within 
NPDC’s area of operations. I’m also seeking to clarify the frequencies & levels of radiation being 
emitted by each local mast, small cell, antenna and lighting In invercargill region,  And do the 
smart UV /Led street lights have cameras in them. IM Also Requesting Any Information Regarding 
the use of Quantum Physics,  Technology , in the skies of Southland  it appears to be a network of 
Drones , connected to Quantum dots or nodes , Appears to  look Like an Algorithm of a human 
brain, Nodes representing,  neurons , Or possiblly Neuro link 
 
This letter is to advise you that the below part of your request has been transferred to Invercargill City 
Council (ICC): 
 
And do the smart UV /Led street lights have cameras in them.
