Thanks for contacting us and bringing this to our attention. I was unaware that a spring had popped up 
under the bridge on the walkway. 
We are currently working towards a solution in regards to the spring that is on the intersection of 
Heta/Cumberland, but in regards to the spring under the bridge I will be monitoring this on a fortnightly 
basis. 
I have been to site yesterday and swept the area to reduce the risk of a slip or trip. I believe the spring 
over the coming months will stop but will monitor in the meantime.
