response
Thank you for your Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act) request received on 3 October
2022. You requested:
“ONE: A copy of the “rapid review” completed by the COVID-19 Independent
Continuous Review, Improvement and Advice Group and scheduled to be submitted to
the COVID-19 response minister by the end of May …
TWO: A copy of the DPMC report scheduled to be submitted to the COVID-19 Chief
Executives Board by the end of June which summarised the outcomes of an “Omicron
lesson capture workshop” held in May …
THREE: A copy of the report referred to as “Lessons from the Omicron Response to
date – June 2022” on page 57 of this document released by DPMC (minutes of the
28 June 2022 meeting of CCB), if it is different to the report I asked for in part Two
FOUR: A copy of this report or briefing - [DPMC-2021/22-2518]: “Lessons from the
Omicron Response to Date” dated 18 July 2022, if it is different from any of the
documents I have requested above.”
The two documents in the table below are covered by your request. I note that Parts Three
and Four of your request refer to the document you have asked for in Part Two.
