Thank you for your response to Auckland Transport on the 7th of November 2014.  
Your request for information pertaining to any plans Auckland Transport may have to use 
CCTV for parking and speeding enforcement is refused in reliance on section 17(e) of the 
Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA) as no such information 
exists.   
You have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to make a complaint to 
the Office of the Ombudsman if you are not satisfied with Auckland Transport’s handling of 
this matter.
