Douglas & Robinson Families – Termination Notice – Pigeon Island Reserve Land   
 
Further to our meeting with you and other members of your family on Thursday 28th July 
2022, whereby we informed you of Council’s decision to end the occupation of Reserve Land 
as per the terms of the original 1971 agreement. 
 
This notice therefore serves as three months written notice to end the occupation of Reserve 
Land on Pigeon Island on the 31st October 2022. Thereafter all structures and chattels 
revert to Council ownership.
