− Minutes of meetings or emails where approval was given for the IFC design.
This information is provided within the folders titled “Communication on Changes” and “Project
Progress Meeting – Minutes”.
− Information related to any subsequent changes to the design and the cost for each change. All
changed were covered in the original contract value.
