following information from the Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC): 
•  Could I please have a copy of the agreement by which the privately owned hut located on 
Pigeon Island is there by virtue of as well as copies of any correspondence between the 
owner(s), their successors, agents, lawyers, and any other related party, and any member of 
QLDC staff, elected members, or agents of QLDC. 
 
•  Could you also please advise what, if any, money has been paid to QLDC for this hut. 
Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) is currently considering your request and will 
communicate a decision to you by 5 May 2022 unless otherwise advised.
