 was loading 
 into car when vehicle rolled down drive and into bushes 
which left it stuck on bank threatening to continue into traffic on  Whangaparao 
Road. 
Brigade secured vehicle using Rapid extrication chains, cleared vegetation and 
then hand winched it down to tow truck on Whangaparaoa Road.
