Response to your request for official information
Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to the Ministry of
Health (the Ministry) on 11 January 2022 for:
…Any terms of service/rfi that Shaun Hendy has with any government agency specifically
Ministry of Health or any other agency whereby he was employed to do models.
Any terms of service that Siouxsie Wiles has with any government agency specifically
relating to Covid-19 including agreements understanding with media companies.
With regards to the Terms of Service or RFI can you please ensure what qualifications
were sought by Ministry of Health.
Please note that the Ministry can only respond to your request with information held by this
government agency. You have not specified a timeframe that many parts of your request
covers, however your questions relate to the COVID-19 pandemic and on that basis the Ministry
has interpreted most of your request to cover the period from March 2020, the start of the
pandemic, to the date of your request. The Ministry does not employ Shaun Hendy or Siouxsie
Wiles. There are no terms of service or requests for information (RFIs) held by the Ministry for
these individuals. As such, the information requested in these parts of your request is refused
under section 18(g) of the Act, as the information is not held by the Ministry and there are no
grounds for believing it is held by another agency subject to the Act.
Given modelling completed to date has been way off how does the Ministry of
Health/University of Auckland plan to make Mr Hendy accountable for spreading
"misinformation"
What lessons can be learned by the Ministry of Health employing a Physics professor to
report on a pandemic?
Does The University of Auckland support the comments by either advisor promoting the
experimental gene therapy in children when there are now filings in international court. It
is known that the m-RNA ‘vaccination’ treatments have caused the de- ath of many as
well as injury and severe damage (including disablement and paralysis) after the ‘vaccine’
was administered. If it is found that these treatments have caused more damage than
good will the University of Auckland support these two promoting this so-called treatment
without making the public known of the potential side effects which is in breach of the
Medicines Act? Subject to the outcome of the filings in international court there might be
ground for local proscecutions. If either of the University of Auckland employees are
making statements in the media would it not be wise to mention the risks associated with
a treatment whereby trials are only complete in 2023. Just in New Zealand healthy 13, 17
and 26 years olds have been recorded as deaths as per Medsafe reporting yet your
employees are promoting an experimental gene therapy for children.
Please note that the Act allows people to ask for official information. It does not require the
Ministry to create new information, compile information it does not hold, or in the case of these
parts of your request, to provide or prove an opinion. The Act does not support requests where
a comment or a hypothetical statement is put to it and the Ministry is asked to comment on it,
even if it is included in a request for official information. These parts of your request are
therefore refused under section 18(g) of the Act, as the information is not held by the Ministry
and there are no grounds for believing it is held by another agency subject to the Act.
Any funding/grants/donations that either of the above has received from any government
agency within the last 12 months.
Any payments from any media companies from statements in the press.
As above, the Ministry can only respond to your request with information held by this
government agency. The Ministry has not provided funding, grants, or donations directly to
Shaun Hendy or Siouxsie Wiles within the last 12 months. The Ministry does not hold
information on payments made by media companies to Shaun Hendy or Siouxsie Wiles. As
such, the information requested in these parts is refused under section 18(g) of the Act, as the
information is not held by the Ministry and there are no grounds for believing it is held by
another agency subject to the Act.
