Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 Response – Staff Surveys and Staff
Numbers.
Thank you for your official information request received by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council
(Council) on 29 September 2021, where you requested the following information:
1.
Please provide me the results of your latest staff morale / engagement / satisfaction survey with
results broken down to at least "tier two" level. I believe from precedent that there are no grounds
for withholding this information except for individual "verbatim comments".
Please refer to page two onward – Staff Survey Results.
2. Can you also provide me the number of staff "full time equivalents" by month since January 2018
e.g. January 2019 100, February 2019 101 and so on.
