Official Information Act request – information related to Toi Ohomai Limited New Zealand staff 
 
Thank you for your email of 2 August 2021 in which you have requested information under the 
Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) related to staffing at Toi Ohomai Limited New Zealand. I 
apologise for the delay in response. 
 
While Te Pūkenga is the parent company to its ITO subsidiaries, it is not as yet responsible for 
subsidiaries’ operational functions, which includes human resources and staffing. As such, I am 
transferring your request for information to Dr Leon Fourie, Chief Executive of Toi Ohomai, under 
section 14(b)(ii) of the OIA as I believe the information requested is more closely connection with 
the functions of Toi Ohomai. 
 
I have advised Dr Fourie of this transfer and have provided a copy of your request. You can 
expect to receive a response directly from Toi Ohomai. 
 
Under section 28(3) of the OIA you have the right to make a complaint to the Ombudsman if you
