Hi Grant,

Sounds ok, though I’d word it more like: “Urban intensification opportunities around public
transport stops will be planned through the district plans of the Wellington region’s district and
city councils.”

Andrew,

One query just to check that you are happy.  We want to make sure that readers understand that
the RLTP is not the place to submit on urban intensification but the relevant territorial authority
is.

We are proposing adding the following sentence at the end:

“Opportunities to consider urban intensification issues will be within the District Plan authorities
of relevant territorial authorities.”

Will this work for you?

Thanks

Grant
