This letter refers to your official information request dated 3 March, received 4 March, requesting: 
 
“Request copies of all correspondence and communication the Ministry holds in regard to the 
media release on 28 February by Minter Ellison Rudd Watts.” 
 
This letter is to notify you that the Ministry is transferring your request to WorkSafe New Zealand in 
accordance with section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982.  
 
This transfer is occurring because the information you requested is believed by the Ministry to be
