[FYI request #15034 email]
Dear Mr Luke
Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 31 March 2021, in which you ask:
“May I request the following information in relation to the all OIA requests you have
received from 1 March 2021 to 1 March 2018
The extract should have the following details in a single row for each request that
was submitted:
Received Date, Title (summary of information asked for), Completed Date, Extension
Days.”
On 3 May 2021 your request was extended to allow for collation and research in order to complete the
response. I apologise for the delay in responding.
Three of the four pieces of the information you requested; the title of the request, the date it was
received and the date the response was sent, are being provided. Please find the spreadsheet
attached.
Providing the exact length of time each OIA request was extended is being refused under section 18(f)
of the Act because the information cannot be made available without substantial collation and
research.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
Information about how to make a complaint is available at
www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or
freephone 0800 802 602.
Yours sincerely
