Dear Greg
LGOIMA Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA)
Request

We refer to your information request dated 16 December 2020. A copy of your request
is set out below:
In relation to the Great King St Bus Hub .
It was my understanding that a Coffee Kiosk was to be installed in the Bus Hub next to
the public toilets.

Was it ever built and how much did it cost ?
If it was built, where is it ?
If it is or was in storage , how much is that costing per month to store ?
Why has it not been installed
In response to your request I have been informed by Otago Regional Council staff of the
following:
 The total costs for the kiosk amounted to $60,464.95,
 The kiosk is currently in storage at an ORC owned facility at no additional cost to
the ORC,
 The kiosk is not currently required at the Dunedin bus hub location. The kiosk
has a multi-purpose design allowing it to serve different functions for the ORC in
the future.
